The purpose of the Site is to assist the User in the search of Services relating to travel and tourism and to make related bookings. The User must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and use this Site in compliance with its General Conditions.

BOOKINGS
Some services marketed by you-moov.com and its affiliated sites are subject to availability. No compensation claim can be submitted if the selected service is not available. Any booking will be effective upon receipt of the e-ticket by the customer and not upon payment confirmation sent by you-moov.com or its affiliated sites.
Users can only make a booking once they have validated the General Conditions and the Partners Specific Conditions that may be applicable.
The booking confirmation, which summarises the booking’s main points such as the designation of the Service(s) ordered and the price, will be transmitted to the User via email shortly after the order date.

PRICE

Prices displayed on this site, except in the shopping basket, are in euros and per person. Unless otherwise specified, prices are inclusive of taxes.
Prices are subject to changes without prior notice and are only final upon receipt of the confirmation. The display of prices is not a guarantee in itself, as prices are provided for guidance only.
Prices include all services listed in the description of each tour, trip or activity.
Prices displayed on this website are only available for the bookings made online directly on the website.
Special offers detailed on the site are only available on the site. They cannot be claimed on another sales channel. They are subject to certain conditions, notably the dates that are indicated.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card through the secure payment system set up on the site.
Payment takes place at the time of booking, exclusively by card, through the secure payment system, at no extra cost.
To confirm a booking, payment must be made in full.
The price corresponding to the services booked is charged directly on your card. In case certain parts of the booking are not confirmed due to unavailability of the respective services, you will be refunded for the unavailable services within a maximum of 72 hours on your card.
You-moov.com accepts the following payment cards: MasterCard, Visa.
The payment will be displayed on the card statement under YOUMOOV.

E-TICKET

Final confirmation of the order will occur upon receipt of the e-ticket that will be sent to the customer to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is required to check his/her email or the site, if it so permits, to access the e-ticket and is entirely responsible for the printing of the e-ticket.
The customer must print the e-ticket and present the original printout to the service provider so that the booking can be carried through.
To avoid any fraudulent use, an ID might be requested as well a signature on the e-ticket or the presentation of the card used to pay for the order.
A bank statement alone cannot serve as proof of purchase.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS

Amendments are considered as cancellations and new reservations. Cancellation fees are applicable for any last-minute amendments.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Any cancellation request of a service must be sent to contact@you-moov.com through the Contact page, specifying the booking number, your name and the service date. Our teams will handle your request promptly.
The following cancellation fees are applicable to all our transfers and tours.
General Conditions:
– 3 days before the start of the service: 50% of the price of the service (Central European Time –Paris time)
– 1 day before the start of the service: 100% of the price of the service (Central European Time – Paris time)
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or amend certain tours without prior notice if the comfort or the security of the passengers requires it: in the event of force majeure, strike, demonstration, administrative decision or exceptional closure…

Claims must be received by EUROPE AUTOCAR within 45 days of the tour date. Claims must be sent by post to the following address:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Timetables, programs and durations of the tours are subject to changes, prices include all services mentioned in the description of each tour.
EUROPE AUTOCAR cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee the return of forgotten personal belongings. As part of the Vigipirate plan, we do not accept any luggage on our tours.
It is the User’s responsibility to check that he/she is in possession of all documents required for the tour or transfer.
No refund will be made in the absence or loss of the required documents.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke on-board the coaches, minibuses or cars (law of 17 September 1977).

DATA PROTECTION

The information provided by the User on the Site is used to process and carry out bookings.
In accordance with Article 32 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended by Act no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, the Customer has the right, at any time, to access, modify, correct, delete their personal data and can oppose their processing. The Customer can exercise this right by simply sending a request on the site you-moov.com via the link “Contact”.
Other optional information requests or information regarding the User’s interests for potential offers, are aimed at getting to know the customer better and at improving the services offered.
